Booking Policy:
When booking some services, we request a deposit before your arrival. This will ensure your spot on our calendar. You may pay however you want upon arrival. The deposit amount will be deducted from your total upon completion of your appointment during check out. Please review our prices ahead of time, they are not adjustable! Please DO NOT double book!

Late Policy:
If you are running late to an appointment we ask that you call us to let us know, otherwise, we will assume you will not be showing up and may release the appointment. If you are less than 10 minutes late we will try to work with you as much as possible to help you acquire the look you would like. If you make it within 10 minutes of your appointment no late fee will be charged. If you are more than 10 minutes late we will charge you $15 as the late fee!
Double book policy: Do not double book! You are reserving time, if you do not show up for any appointments you will be charged the no show fee, which is 100% of the service amount.
Cancellation Policy:
We do understand when unexpected things occur. We ask that you give us 24 hours notice so we can adjust our schedule and possibly allow time for another client. In the event, 24 hours notice is not given we reserve the right to charge the cancellation fee to the credit card on file. This will be the deposit!

No Show Policy:
We reserve the right to charge a no show fee to the credit card on file totaling100% of the service to those who do not show up to an appointment. After 2 no shows you will not be able to book an appointment unless it is paid in full at the time of booking.No refunds.

Lash Fill Policies:If more than 40% of your lashes grown out it will be considered a new full set of lashes. This will be based on our professionals' judgment. If you are unsure, we request you either book with us a refill appointment right at check out after your full set or book a full set and we can make any adjustments upon your appointment.
Children Policy:
Please, no children during our sessions. Beauty Services take a lot of concentration and we ask that there are no distractions in the room. Our professionals are trying to give you the most perfect and best results, please keep this in mind when booking your appointment.
Note: No Children during any Microblading, Eyelash Extention, or Waxing appointments! NO EXCEPTIONS! we are working with items that can be seriously dangerous! Please do not bring children during these services! In the event this happens, your appointment will be terminated and charged the no show fee!

Pet Policy: Absolutely no pets allowed!
